1) 1st Pre-Sale Assigned Address Owners will be requested to go through KYC procedure. For those who does not want to go through KYC procedure can request the return of Ethereum sent by sending extremely little number of Ethereum.

2) Ethereum return request will be received until Oct. 27th 9pm (UTC +9). Then, returns will be executed on Oct. 28th (UTC +9).

1) As soon as 1st Pre-Sale assigned address owner requests the return of ethereum, 2nd Pre-Sale assigned address can be re-assigned to 1st Pre-Sale Assigned Address list.

2) If the sum upto last transaction of 1st Pre-Sale exceeds the target of 600 ETH, the excess number of Ethereum will be transferred to 2nd Pre-Sale Assigned Address list.

3) Exceed number of Ethereum during each sales transfers to the next sale autonomously.
